How this calculator works

The math behind the numbers above: 

Refund-adjusted revenue = Selling price × (1 − refund rate)
Referral fee            = Selling price × referral rate
Total cost              = Unit cost + Inbound + Referral + FBA + Storage + PPC
Net profit              = Refund-adjusted revenue − Total cost
Net margin              = Net profit ÷ Selling price
ROI                     = Net profit ÷ Unit cost
