Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 May 2026
Welcome to The Seller Reports operated by The Seller Reports, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Overview
The Seller Reports is a web-based analytics and profitability reporting tool for Amazon sellers. You upload Amazon Unified Transaction Reports and item-cost data and we generate itemwise monthly reports, dashboards, profit & loss statements and consolidated reports across multiple Amazon accounts you own.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your login credentials. Please keep your password confidential and notify us immediately at info@thesellerreports.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
The Service is offered on a Free Tier and on paid subscription plans (Monthly, Six Months and Annual), plus per-account add-ons for users who manage multiple Amazon accounts. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page and in your Account Settings. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless indicated otherwise. We may update prices from time to time; changes will take effect on your next renewal and you will be notified beforehand.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders on The Seller Reports. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries, handles payments, billing, refunds, chargebacks and the assessment and remittance of applicable sales taxes. By purchasing a subscription you also accept Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and acknowledge Paddle’s Privacy Notice. We do not see or store your full payment card details — they are processed and stored by Paddle in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
5. Auto-renewal & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings or through the buyer portal link contained in the receipt email Paddle sends you. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf — please see the Refund Policy for the exact process.
7. Data & Privacy
Your uploaded reports and account data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to the data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- upload data that you do not have the right to share;
- reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
- resell, sublicense or share your account credentials with third parties;
- use the Service to send unsolicited communications, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems;
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including Amazon’s own terms of service.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features (with reasonable notice for material changes) and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your subscription payment fails after a reasonable retry period, or if continued provision of the Service to you would expose us to legal risk. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support; on termination you stop being billed at the end of the current billing period.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The reports we generate are derived from data you provide; we do not provide tax, accounting, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any figures before relying on them for business decisions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us (via Paddle) in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software and content of the Service (other than your uploaded data) belong to The Seller Reports or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your active subscription.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Government of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of High Court of Pakistan, Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change and, for material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
